βSomething worth pausing forβ that became the starting point of this new recruitment campaign for VB Group. After the success of the 2024 campaign, VB asked us to extend the format to a broader range of roles within the organisation. The challenge: visualizing the global impact of office-based positions and highlighting VBβs strong secondary employment benefits in a way that felt fresh, modern, and consistent.
Scope
We developed a renewed creative concept focused on people, benefits, and the idea of making large-scale impact from behind your desk. Using unique camera techniques, slow-motion transitions, and VFX-enhanced visuals, we translated the theme of βpausingβ into a dynamic and surprising visual rhythm tailored to each vacancy.

Each role was translated into a series of video variations tailored to its responsibilities and context. We highlighted three storytelling angles:
Personal influence in daily work: Realistic portrayals of responsibilities, paired with visuals that show the global scale of VBβs projects, making it clear how even an office role contributes to major developments.
Benefits presented in a playful, engaging way: Strong secondary employment conditions were visualised through surprising, light-hearted camera techniques that make the advantages memorable and relatable.
Fast, effective formats with a βwowβ factor: Short, high-energy videos enriched with bold visuals, designed for digital performance and immediate viewer attention.

The renewed concept reinforces VBβs branding locally and provides clear, role-specific messaging that answers the questions future candidates subconsciously have: What will I be doing? Why does it matter? And what do I gain from joining the team?
By blending storytelling and recognisable visual techniques, we developed an employer branding campaign that strengthens VBβs identity internally and externally, that continues to attract the talent needed for the future.
