Yondrβs concept is simple, but powerful: when you remove phones, you give presence back to the moment.
That shift needed to be made visual, expressions change, energy shifts, conversations unfold differently. People engage with the artist, the environment, and with each other.
A challenge we were very willing to take on.
As a production partner deeply rooted in the Dutch festival world, with years of experience producing visual campaigns for leading events and organisations within this industry, Yondr gave us full creative trust to interpret their product through this lens.

Our production included on-site coverage, portrait and interaction studies, press photography, testimonial interviews, and social-first video content. The focus: clearly communicating the experience, atmosphere, and impact of a phone-free event.
β
We focused on three storytelling angles:
Human interaction: how it feels to reconnect with your friends without distraction, but also foster new connections.
The object and process: the simplicity of the pouch and check-in experience, a smooth process even in a festival environment.
The festival atmosphere itself: energy, movement, music, celebration.

Because this was Yondrβs first major European festival activation, the visual tone carried long-term importance. The content needed to become a foundational reference for future communication, not only documenting the event, but shaping how the idea of phone-free culture is perceived.
β
To support positive reception as this product expands across different cultural context in Europe, we focused during the shoot on:
Warm colors and open compositions to emphasize connection
Portraits and candid expressions to highlight presence
Dynamic festival coverage to retain authenticity and energy
β
Yondr trusted us to show the product not as a device, but as a change in behavior, mindset and experience, something that enriches the moment rather than restricts it.
This project marks a meaningful step in Yondrβs expansion into the European festival landscape and we are proud to have contributed to shaping the visual identity of that movement.
